Mare Vista

Mare Vista is a modern waterfront home in Key Biscayne, designed as a long, low volume that makes the most of the water views. It is built in reinforced concrete with deep cantilevered overhangs and floor-to-ceiling impact-rated glass, engineered to meet coastal wind and flood-zone requirements.

The home sits elevated for waterfront conditions, with a private dock, seawall interface, and an infinity-edge pool that is structurally separate from the house. Inside, an open plan with clear spans keeps the views uninterrupted. Concealed linear HVAC diffusers, smart lighting, and acoustic treatments keep the look minimal.

The program includes a resort-style pool terrace, spa-inspired primary suite, home theater, and outdoor living areas. Systems were designed for efficiency and redundancy, with smart-home automation throughout.
