1880s Glam

This 1880s home was in very poor condition, but its structure was solid and much of its character survived. We restored it with care. The 11-foot ceilings, original staircase and railings, and original wood floors with their rich patina are all preserved, alongside a new Italian kitchen.

The home sits in a lively, walkable neighborhood full of galleries, studios, and cafes.
